If you are an Elite Top Notch Professional Client spending $800+ per hour for time, I am willing to meet with your attorney & sign a reasonable NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) sample pictured at the bottom of the page. We both know at that level you are really paying for the ultimate in discretion. Loose lips sink ships & it behooves me to keep yours afloat what happens between us stays between us PERIOD regardless. But if you require legal paperwork for peace of mind I have no issues with it.

To film adult video the following documents are required.

1. You must be over the age of 18 with a valid government issued photo I.D. to prove it.
Before any filming you must hold your valid government issued photo I.D. showing you are over the age of 18 next to your face while a digital photograph and/or video is taken. This is MANDATORY so if you are unwilling to do this no need to contact us for work. You can hold I.D. so that your address is hidden but who uses a real address on their I.D. anyways?
I also require your to bring a photocopy or printed out scan of your valid government issued photo I.D. (You can black out any address & non-pertinent info) You will be required to sign & date this photocopy. This step takes less than $1 and 5 minutes at any office store if you do not have a printer/scanner/camera it lets me know you have actually taken the time to understand what you are getting into & are SERIOUS about doing business together.

The Federal Government requires a 2257 Records Form to be filled out.

In order to use & release videos or pictures, a Model Release also needs to be filled out.

I Also provide a Management Agreement in layman’s terms, this is not mandatory to fill out & only needs to be filled out if seeking long term, full time work.

PROcedure:
2257 & Model releases are basically to insure no minors are used in adult video/pictures. If you are under 21 or look like you could be under 21 you WILL BE REQUIRED to submit required form on the 1st day prior to any filming.
If you are clearly over 21, a 30 day grace period can be given. Meaning if you orally agree to terms we can film without paperwork. I will still put videos, pictures up, & start to market you. If after 30 days you still wish to move forward you will than be required to fill out paperwork. This way if for any reason you don’t want to continue the content we shoot can be taken down to limit the exposure. Now this doesn’t mean any pictures or videos of you will not be online because I cannot guarantee in the 1st 30 days someone else hasn’t downloaded or copied them but it will limit the amount that they are out there.
